A new report by the World Green Building Council demonstrates that there is a business case for infrastructure that includes health and well-being features. The report covers 11 case studies of facilities with LEED, BREEAM and Green Star certifications, and evaluates how including features such as improved air quality and increased daylight all help make the business case for green buildings. The benefits range from increased employee productivity to lower absenteeism and decreased operating costs.
