This World Bank review covers information on private participation in infrastructure (PPI) in low-carbon infrastructure projects over the last 15 years (2002–2017). In this report, low-carbon PPI refers to investments in the renewable energy sector or climate-friendly transport projects (e.g., railway projects or mass urban transport that reduces usage of cars).
