IISD published a paper titled "Stormwater Markets: Concepts and Applications" to illustrate how the creation of a stormwater market can provide financing for the much-needed infrastructure to manage stormwater. The paper includes five case studies of stormwater markets, which policies were used to create them and an assessment of the current and long-term outcomes.
